[Champion Concept] Astrum, the Supreme

Description- Astrum is a rather short, caucasian teenage boy with glowing golden hair. He uses his speed and abilities to wreak havoc on the battlefield.

Abilities:

Passive- Sprit

Instead of mana, Astrum runs on Spirit, which he gains by using his Q ability. Spirit increases the power of Astrum's attacks. Astrum has a maximum of 50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95/100/105/110/115/120/130/140/150 Spirit. Spirit decays at a rate of 2 spirit per second when out of combat.

Q- Spirit Charge

When holding down Q, Astrum will gain 2/4/6/8/10 spirit per second. Astrum cannot move or cast abilities when using this ability.

W- Scintillate

After activation, Astrum will teleport to the far side to the next champion that attacks him and knocks them back, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+60% Attack Damage) (+80% Ability Power)(+100% Spirit)

E- Undying Spirit

Astrum heals himself for 1/2/3/4/5% (+1% Ability Power)(+1% Spirit) of his current health.

R- Stardust Breaker

Astrum shoots a small white ball in a line that explodes when it comes in contact with an enemy champion or when it reaches its max range dealing 350/450/550 (+50% Attack Damage) (+30% Ability Power)(+150% Spirit)

One of the main problems I see with his kit is basically, as long as the enemy doesn't attack him, he can't use any of his abilities in any meaningful way. Sure, he has a heal and a resource regen, but he can only use his W if he gets attacked (Also, what is the definition of attacked? Melee'd? Auto-attacked? Took damage from a Teemo shroom?)If he's meant to be an ADC, then his kit's either way overloaded or way underloaded.

Basically, pre-six, he plays like this: He auto-attacks, and has access to a massive resource-free heal. If he wants more spirit, he roots himself, which is a massive red flag (Also, not being able to cast while using Q isn't a huge loss when his other abilities wouldn't be doing him many favors anyways). If he gets hit, he teleports (behind) the enemy attacker and knocks them forward? The nuke might be excessive for that move, and even so it's probably putting you in a position that you don't want to be in as a squishy.

I guess the problem is that it's a very binary kit. You just kind of auto-attack, have access to better sustain than tanks, and if anyone attacks you you press W.

I see where you're going with this (potent moves with high drawbacks), but it could use some polishing before the concept can really shine.

P.S. The concept of the character himself could definitely use some work. There's really nothing that sets him apart from say, Ezreal.
