SUBJECT: Void Sightings
Sir, As per your request, this is a report on any information, regarding the increased activity of Void creatures that has been reported over the last 2 months. It is as you have suspected, more and more of these creatures move around the land unchecked, consuming all that there is beneath them, for what little that maybe. They aren't hard to track, we just follow the desolation. Our sources suggest that they are emerging from a city east of the Voodoo Lands, however most scouts that were sent there haven't been seen since, all that we get back are their horses, returning with a fear in them that cannot be calmed, they just return, screaming. They refuse to eat, and eventually die.
Bilgewater also seems to have an increased activity, not on land, but the sailors say thats they are seeing monsters in the water, i don't mean creatures like sea serpents, literal monsters said to have over a dozen tentacles and half as much eyes. Sailors have come back to port early , with nothing on their ships, not even the rations they left with, shipmates have even been reported as "taken into the dark depths" by the creatures, with not even the colour of their blood left in their absence. The creature known as "Fizz" nominated himself to rescue the missing sailors, well, he left last week and still hasn't been seen since.
The locals of Bilgewater have been requesting safe passage from the sailors to seek safety in Ionia, they fear the worst is about to happen upon their island home; however the sailors are too scared to sail out into the Guardian's Sea, to scared to face the horrors that may lurk in the depths of the ocean. It was feared that there would be no safe passage, however the pirate captain Gangplank appears to be taking payment to take people across the sea. We have no further information regarding this.
I also took the initiative to look over information regarding Bandle city, it appears they are shoring up their defenses, preparing for anything to happen, all other information seems irelavant.
I shall report back to you next week regarding any further information on the matter. I have my suspicions that something big is going to happen, there isn't much we know of the void, all we do know is based on the information given to us by Malzahar and Kassadin, and all their warnings point to the creature Cho'gath. With that in mind i shall prioritise forwarding any information we have on him.

Thankyou for this report, I would very much like to be kept updated on the situation, so weekly reports will suit me fine. I recall both Malzahar and Kassadin mentioning a city known as Icathia, they did not, however, divulge the military with the exact whereabouts of this city. Based on this report finding it shouldn't be difficult if we backtrack from latest void sighting. i will be sending a team of scouts to investigate it, hopefully they will fare better than the ones in your report.
As for the concerns of Bilgewater, they do not trouble me; it is too far for aid to be sent, so perhaps Ionia will be able to aid them in their predicament. They are rather nobel and are sure not to turn down people in need. I do feel troubled for Fizz however, from what I hear he is a powerful champion, for him to be missing feels, inconceivable. I hope he returns to us soon, i do not want him to become like Nautilus, or anything worse for that matter.
Bandle city is home to some fine warriors and scientists, though when i last checked, Heimerdinger and Ziggs were in Piltover discussing some science project for Rumble with the fine minds there, I imagine Rumble will be joining them there shortly. Teemo is a veteran of their military, if anyone can get them through this, it's him. As for the creature Cho'gath, his whereabouts is unknown to most, despite his size, getting information on him will be a challenge, but do your best.
