Third-party application for changing in-game config outside of games

Well, as the title states, a lot of people requested that I create an app so that they can do this. So, I went ahead and wrote up a draft app. Currently, the "Video" and "Sound" tabs are populated and changing values works, as well as saving (and it affects the game as it should.) The only thing not implemented is a list of resolutions, but that's trivial. Anyway, my question is if anyone would find this app useful? I've attached some screenshots for you guys to take a look at, and I'm hoping you can give me some feedback on whether or not you think it would be useful to you.
