Mute/Ignore Should Be Possible on Results Screen

I think its about high time the Win/Loss screen should carry over the fact you ignored someone in-game or at least be able to mute them again in the next chat. Also, End of game chat needs to be in the same chat log as the in-game, that's been a pretty stupid division since the start of LoL. Just saying this because the fact you have to hear someone complain or spam chat after you already ignored them ingame and then not be able to do anything about it afterwards but LEAVE the lobby, is a pretty poro choice.

BTW, I was told this is where this should go before anyone says otherwise.
