Conrad – the Shield Guardian Passive- Unyielding Might: Conrad takes less damage from basic attacks. (6/8/10%)

Q- Vanguard: Conrad raises his shield and blocks incoming projectile damage and takes (50/60/70/80/90) reduced melee damage for (1.25/1.5/2.25/2.25/3) seconds in set direction he casted it. Conrad can move freely using this ability. I don’t believe he should attack because it would make him a strong top lane champion.

W- Engage/Disengage: Engage; After a set cast time (Conrad yelling ‘Engage’ and then dropping his shield) charges to targeted area and knocks up (like Sejuani’s q) (Probably would be edited to slow because it would take away from Malphite ult w/out Malphite’s cast range). Any allies around him that didn’t click on Conrad during his cast time will be drugged forward with him to the area. The ability’s damage is (80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200) plus 15% of his bonus health. Disengage: If Conrad is channeling Vanguard, he may use disengage. Conrad and any allies surrounding him will leap back the direction he is facing and remove any disables on them and himself.

E- Hold Fast: Conrad drops to one knee and braces his shield. He prays that Demacia is just and that he should be given the right to win this battle. He heals himself and surrounding allies for (60/70/80/90/100) 2 secs plus the (1/2/3/4/5) percentage of Conrad’s missing health and maximum health (1.5/3/4.5/6/7.5).

R- The Demacian Might: The spirit of Demacia is now with Conrad and grants every nearby ally and himself a shield (100/200/300) plus 10% of his maximum health. If a shield where to be destroyed, it would briefly stun (like .25) around the target. If a shield where to expire in its time, it would deal 50% of Xetrov’s maximum health. The shields last 5 seconds (Or however long).

I was just brain storming and hopefully Riot can take parts and pieces of this to make a champion. I just threw a name in there. I’m not trying to build a troll champion. :P

Lore Notes: Concord always wanted to be a part of the Dauntless Vanguard but does not see himself courageous enough for it. The Vanguard where the fiercest strike force that belonged to Demacia and Concord has not even seen battle yet. Conrad has always looked at Demacia as a shining example for the world to live and joined the military with much enthusiasm. Jarvan IV and his vanguard were on approach to an on-going battle, accompanied by a few of the new blood. Suddenly, an ambush erupted and the blood of Conrad’s friends was splattered violently across the ground. Fear gripped him and he could only watch as Noxian forces shredded everyone. But his eyes moves to Jarvan IV and Conrad saw no fear. Mustering his wits, he plunged his sword forward into the fray. The battle was fierce and Conrad noticed an axe decimate a Vanguard into two. The crimson man with the axe charged Jarvan IV and kicked him a sunder. A new fear washed over Conrad. But it was not the fear of himself dying, it was the fear of losing his commander. Quickly he bolted forward to tackle the crimson man. To Conrad’s surprise, the axe was whirled at him. The brute force and expert knowledge of his axe cleaved Conrad’s sword and shield into two. Conrad fell on his back, looking into those cruel eyes set upon him. A simple laugh and he went back to finish Jarvan. Conrad’s hands bleeding, his body sore and his wounds screaming he looked at the fallen Vanguard and took up his shield. With strength not his own, Conrad rushed the man again. The man looked on with amusement and brought his axe straight down to meet Conrad’s shield. A clash. The fighting grew quiet and eyes turned to the young boy and the axe. They were locked. With incredible speed, the axe spun around and banged into the shield again. Their eyes met, but Conrad’s eyes were not full of fear this time. There was ferocity in them that made the boy seem more grisly, older. A shove sent the man stumbling back and a lance scraped off his chest plate. Jarvan was back up and his forces were starting to lose their uphill momentum. Retreating, the man bore his icy gaze of hate at Conrad and Conrad held that gaze equally. The battle was over. Later on, Garen told Conrad that the foe he faced was none only but Darius. Conrad smiled as he now has a name for his adversary and looks forward to meeting him again, this time, with his own Vanguard shield.

(Optional)

Patching wounds, Conrad’s thoughts were replaying scenes of the battle when Jarvan’s shadow cast over from behind him. He explained he have not seen such courage expressed at such a young age and offered him thanks; he will keep Conrad’s actions in mind. Later on, Conrad was one of the select few that accompanied Jarvan IV on his quest.

Go ahead and shorten the lore, I just got carried away :).

I like the lore. You should not shorten it!
