This is the second version of a previous post the first post can be found here

Splash Art Concept I'm not the strongest artist out there so be nice! :D
Splash Art 2
Splash Art 1

These are here mainly to give an idea of what Eunice looks like since it can be hard figure that out from the description alone. I have posted two versions of essentially the same thing. Splash 2 was meant to be the final product, but in many ways it ended up worse than my earlier work. I have also posted the earlier version as Splash Art 1 because it gives a better idea of the proportions and posture that I currently envision.

Lore

At first glance, Eunice appears to be little more than an ordinary, young woman. Unassuming and plain. However, beneath that facade of normality, she hides a dark secret. Eunice carries within her a parasite of unknown origin, and, in order to sustain it and herself, it must feed off the life force of other sentient creatures. Eunice now wanders across Runeterra searching for a place where she can feed the Parasite without causing harm to those she feeds from.

Eunice began life near a small, isolated town. Orphaned at a young age she learned to take care of herself and to manage the demands of the Parasite within her. She fed the Parasite nightly using the cover of dark to hide her identity from the townsfolk. She choose her victims carefully so as to cause the least disruption to daily life, and always left the victim with enough strength to recover. She managed to remain elusive for many years until her identity was discovered.

When Eunice saw the townsfolk outside her run-down house she grew scared and readied herself to fight for her life. However, to her surprise the village elder stepped forward waving a white flag, explaining that she wanted to negotiate with Eunice. The elder sat with Eunice at her dining room table. The elder explained that she had noticed all the things Eunice had done to keep the town from panicking despite her circumstances. The elder saw the good in Eunice but could not allow things to continue as they had been. So the elder gave Eunice a choice. Either allow the townsfolk to remove the Parasite, or the townsfolk would force Eunice out of town and kill her if she tried to stay. Eunice reluctantly choose the former.

They took Eunice to a tree stump where she commanded the parasites to reveal themselves from within her and lay upon the stump. Two men held Eunice still and four more men held down the each of the parasite's heads so that another could chop the parasites off. Sensing their doom, the parasites grew restless. Eunice felt pained to see the parasites in this condition but she remained in control and willed the parasites to stay calm. As the ax-wielder raised his tool one of the parasites gave out a whimper accepting its fate.

Eunice couldn't take it anymore. She did not want to lose the parasites. She struggled and shouted to be let free. The parasites grew agitated as well and fought off the townsmen with new strength. The parasite broke free before the ax-wielder could make a clean blow. Eunice with the help of her parasites fought off the townspeople. Frightened and with no one but her parasite by her side Eunice ran. She never looked back.

Eunice is a high-utility mage assassin. Using her abilities she can dart around combat, burst down single targets, and even lock down entire teams depending on what the situation calls for.

Abilities

Passive - Hunger Every 10 seconds Eunice gains a stack of Hunger which enables the use of her abilities. Eunice can have up to six stacks of Hunger. Whenever Eunice consumes a stack of Hunger she gains 5% bonus movement speed for 5 seconds. This bonus movement speed can stack up to six times for a maximum of 30%.[/INDENT]

Q - Siphon
90/80/70/60/50 mana 1 stack of Hunger
No cooldown but has a 0.5 second cast time during which no spells can be cast
Eunice commands a parasite to position itself at a target location up to 700 units away dealing 60/95/130/165/150 (+0.5 AP) magic damage to nearby enemies upon arrival. The parasite remains there for 5 seconds continuing to deal 30/48/65/83/100 (+ 0.25 AP) magic damage per second to enemies in a cone in front of the parasite. The cone always faces away from Eunice. If Eunice steps out of the 800 unit tether range, then Siphon ends early. Siphon heals Eunice for 20% of the damage dealt to Bound units.

W - Restrain
90/80/70/60/50 mana 1 Stack of Hunger
No cooldown but has a 0.5 second cast time during which no spells can be cast
Eunice signals a parasite to jump 1000 units in a target direction latching onto the first enemy unit hit and dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+ 0.4 AP). If the affected unit remains in the 1000 unit tether range for 1.5 seconds then they are stunned for 2 seconds. Units hit by Restrain are marked as Bound for 4.5 seconds. Bound units cannot be affected by additional casts of Restrain as long as the mark persists.

E - Grapple
90/80/70/60/50 mana 1 Stack of Hunger
No cooldown but no spells can be cast while dashing
Eunice sends a parasite to move across the ground and grab onto a location within 300 units dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 0.25 AP) magic damage to nearby enemies then to pull Eunice to that location.

R - Searching
100 Mana
100/80/60 second cooldown
Passive - Increases the rate of hunger generation by 10/20/30%.
Active - Eunice stops and takes out her telescope for a moment standing still and gaining sight of all enemy champions for four seconds. Eunice can reactivate this spell to select a Champion to gain sight on them for an additional ten seconds. Eunice now gains 30/40/50% bonus movement speed when moving toward the selected champion and deals 30/40/50% bonus damage to them.

This is my first major revision of this concept. While I do have my own notes, I am interested in seeing what others think about it. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

An interesting concept, however the fact that Eunice basic abilities have no cooldown gives her the time to one of her abilities as she likes such as E

Firstly I'd like to say that I find the hunger resource a great idea. Though I do think that there are a few number issues in the early game, particularly levels 1-6 before the ult passive corms into play. With hunger regenerating at one per ten seconds her initial laning will be extremely slow and not very interesting for the user playing with or against her (lack of abilitie use can lead to lack of meaningful counter play).
