I'm no more than an amateur at digital art (I just started :P). At first, I was going for more of an anime-styled fan art, but as soon as the tree, bush, and clouds were drawn in, I just stuck with the cartoon look. Community! Tell me how you feel about it and/or how it is! I'm always looking for constructive criticism to become better!

as for constructive criticism, while it is hard to see veigar does actually have a neck/shoulders so there should be a bit moreshading differential from where his chin rounds out than there currently is (IMO anyways)
The whole cap-eyebrow thing is so weird yet works so well that makes it awesome :D
