Veigar Digital Painting

If any of you saw my last work on Veigar, "Dazed," then you probably remember me. I'm back with another Veigar picture; however, this is a full on painting! About a month with a HUGE amount of procrastination. Feel free to ask me any questions or drop any comments or constructive criticism. I still consider myself a beginning in digital art so, if anyone can give me tips, I would appreciate it!
