Sir Rito. Melee Support

Passive: EUW. Basic Attachs increase enemy champions PING by 20, stacking up to 5 times. (opt: At 5 stacks they get a DC for 1 sec) Q: Nerfhammer. Permanently reduces enemies stats for no reason, until they are out of combat. W: Buffing shield. Increases allies stats for a few seconds. E: Champion spotlight. Sends out a wave of energy. If it hits an enemy champion, he is revealed and rooted for a few seconds. R: The Tribunal / The Ban Hammer. Removes an enemy player from the game (for a few seconds). He then spawns right where he was and as he was. He has no vision or chat during that time.

Instead of Mana he has an RP bar.

You forgot his secret ability:

T: Never forget. Awards all enemies 1000 RP, and brings Riot Nasus back into your game, while Pendragon turns your game into a thread about dogs.

Hold up, this kit is incomplete. Where is the esports passive on his E that makes him immune to balance changes because he's fun for spectators?

Ekko is countered by players with high ping, he could use a % ping increase skill.

I'm surprised Riot hasn't just added a champion whose mana bar is RP that you have to keep constantly putting money into to recharge.

It's a stones throw away from charging $5 for a 10 minute skin recolor, or not being able to spend 10 minutes to change the hue of a particle for a new skin without raising its pricing tier.

I think Sir Rito is broken because I haven't been able to move from the alter in 20 minutes. Love the champion, hate the bug.
