New Champions Idea!

I was sitting at my house playing league as Jinx and I was thinking what if there was another champion a little bit similar to her. So I rummaging through my brain and knowledge of all the champions I noticed no one uses a whip as a weapon. So what if we took a champion similar to Jinx, but with a totally different personality and gave them two whips to fight with. Here are some ideas of spells that could be possible to use with her. Q: _______ snaps her whip straight forward dealing Magic Damage W:_______ swings her whip in a cone slowing and dealing Magic Damage E:________whips and enemy stunning them for 1.5 seconds and dealing Magic Damage R:________uses both her whips and rapidly whips in a wide ranged area slowing everyone in the area and dealing Magic Damage I have only a bit of ideas of what she could look like: -black and white street clothes -purple hair -two whips (duh) -simisexual -a dangerous feel to her I can't put an image of what I think she should look like because I can't draw for the life of me. But, what I need help with is a name for her! I was thinking of "Hex" what do you guys think? Any additional thoughts?

Those abilities seems kind of generic... maybe you could tie in whip mechanics a bit more? Such as hitting an enemy with a Q (I'm assuming it's a skillshot), slowing them for a few seconds, and if you can hit another enemy with a Q you slam them together and deal more damage based on something else (thinking max health of the enemies right now)?

You could really get some cool stuff going here, not just "Q-Linear W-Cone E-Point'n'Click CC R-AoE everythings magic damage".

A little bit complicated will always make some things more fun as long as they're learnable, like shooting people over walls as TahmKench is fun and trolly like ulting baron as Bard and pulling off some amazing pulls as Thresh and using it to juke a skillshot that would be fatal, idk, it sounds like fun but it's a bit too simple for me. I voted yes, I like it, I just think there should be a few changes.
