The best place to look for a group, whether it's for a team or for getting to know other people, is the Team Recruitment sub-boards! Also, if you want to be able to get in contact with people without giving out your personal information like your email, you can utilize the League of Legends Community Discord Chat and have people 1-on-1 private message you.
