Help me find the source of this Leona Fanart?

I found this picture of Leona but I've had 0 luck of finding the source(even after a google image search). I believe it had a background since it's a render/transparent, but I'm not sure. The style looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it. I just want to find the artist because Leona's one of my favorite champs and this art is so beautiful and it'd be a crime to have this without a name to it.
