#Abilities

Innate/Passive - 'Eternal Life, Endless Torture' :
Urgot's basic attacks and spells sap off enemy champions strengths.
Basic Attacks : Reduce the enemy champions Attack Speed by 5% and increase your own Attack Speed by the same amount for 2,5 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.

Acid Hunters [Q]
CD 3 ; MC 45 ; Range 1000 (1200)
Urgot fires a missile in a line towards the cursor. The first enemy hit receives 30/55/80/105/130 (+80/90/100/110/120% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage.
Acid Hunters lock-on to targets afflicted by Noxian Corrosive Charge.

Innate/Passive : Reduce the enemy champions total Attack Damage by 3% and gain 6/7/8/9/10 Attack Damage for 3 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.

Terror Capacitor [W]
CD 20/18/16/14/12 ; MC 70 Mana
Urgot gains a shield in hight of 60/85/110/135/160 (+20% bonus AD) (+60% AP) (+5% bonus Health) (+15% Bonus Armor) (+15% Bonus Magic Resistance) that absorbs damage for 7 seconds.
Each time Urgot attacks an enemy champion or is attacked by an enemy champion he fires off an lightning arc against that target, that deals 25 magic damage. This amount increases by 1 per 6 points of shield missing.

Innate/Passive : Reduce the enemies Movement Speed by 3% and gain 3% yourself for 2,5 seconds. Stacks up to 1/2/3/4/5 times.

Noxian Corrosive Charge [E] :
CD 15|14|13|12|11 MC 60|70|80|90|100 Range 900 AOE 175r
Launch a Corrosive Charge at a target location and afflict all enemies hit for 5 seconds. Enemies afflicted take 75|130|185|240|295 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage.

Innate/Passive : Reduce the enemies Armor by 12/14/16/18/20% over the duration and gain half that amount as bonus Armor for 7 seconds.

Hyper Cinetic Pull [R] :
CD 150|135|120 Range 700 Cost 100/125/150 Mana
On activation a circle appears around Urgot. Inside an arrow turns in an 360 degree angle. On second cast the arrow stops.
Urgot targets an enemy champion (0,5 second channel) and reduces the enemies Movement speed by up to 100% over 2 seconds. Over this duration the enemy is dealt 20/25/30% of their maximum Health as Magic Damage and they lose 20% of their maximum Mana as Mana.
After the 2 seconds Urgot dashes backwards 450 range in the direction the arrow is facing and pulls the target champion to himself. The enemy is suppressed over the duration of the pull and shortly afterwards.

Innate/Passive : Increase your Health by the amount of damage dealt and increase your Mana by the amount of Mana burnt on-pull, this effect lasts for 6 seconds.

You'd have to tone down this kit so much. It's really OP.

i main urg i think this woud really help him and try and bring him back into mainstream play. many times iv icked urg and people will leave lobby or complin because no one playes him and if u dont play him alot and get great with the ranges and hit box of his e and q he impossible to play i love him and want other to do as well and i think this could get him there. right now he is a champ that is a illigitamte pick in any pvp lobby as very few peole can play him well at all. he should remain a dificuilt chamo to play but the reward for doing so should increase where right now getting fed still puts u at the same damage of almost every average playing (in game wise as in cs and kills) champ

I like his current passive, as it is possibly one of the best passives imo, personally i think riot just needs to adjust some of the base damage and change the ult, as that ult makes no sense with his kit. I think the problem with the ult you suggested is that with the kit, he's still an ad caster, not a tanky bruiser
