Tl;dr (for those of you who haven't seen Part I) : These are item concepts that can be purchased under 475 gold - the amount you start with. They are supposed to bring more diversity into the game.
They include overviewed concepts from part I.
ALL of these items only re-sell for 40% of their original cost.

#Let there be items !

Well of the Wolf (440 Gold)
-60 Health
-5 Attack damage
Unique Passive - (Black) Sheep : Converts up to 2% of all damage dealt to restored health - half amount for AoE and DoT damage. This effect ramps up over 7 seconds in battle and is increased by 1% per 1% health your enemy is missing. Double amount against enemy champions.

  • Necklace with a metal black lamb.
  • 100% reached at 10% health left, as always. Max 8% heal against champs.

Well of the Scapegoat (440 Gold)
-60 Health
-2 Health regen per 5 seconds.
Unique Passive - (White) Sheep : Stores half the damage you receive in battle, up to a maximum of 120(+10 x your level). After receiving no damage for 7 second you restore the stored amount - but not more than 200 - over 10 seconds until the stored amount is gone.
Unique Active - Scapegoat : Grant an ally a shield in hight of 60(+5 x your level). Damage dealt to the shield is dealt to you instead as true damage over three seconds. (90 second cooldown)

  • Necklace with metal white lamb.

Icy Dagger (440 Gold)
-5% Attack speed
Unique Passive - Shiver : Basic attacks deal 3 bonus magic damage over three seconds and slow for 2% for ranged and 3% for melee champions for half the duration. This effect stacks against the same target up to three times.
Monsters have their attack speed slowed instead.

  • Looks like an icy dagger ...
  • Slow counts as "icy".

Bag o' Coins (225 Gold)
Unique Passive : Killing a unit gives you a coin, champions give 5 -- Maximum 250 coins.
Activate this item to lower the cost of your next purchase by double the amount of coins you posses. This item is consumed in the process.

  • Looks like a small brown bag with a golden string tying it together. Maybe some coins are peaking out.

Rusty Crown (365 Gold)
-60 Health
Unique Aura : Nearby allies gain 2 Armor and Magic Resistance per nearby ally champion, and 10 movement speed when walking towards you.

  • Looks like a bronze crown with itty bits of gold here and there.

Voodoo Doll (325 Gold)
-3 Health Regen per 5 seconds
-2 Mana Regen per 5 seconds
Unique Active : Slow a target enemy champion by 15% for 1,5 seconds and apply grievous wounds for the same duration, regardless of where he is on the map. (90 second cooldown)

  • Looks like a dark dudes teddy :D
  • Slow counts as "icy".

Old Grimoire (400 Gold)
-5% Attack Speed
-10 Ability Power
Unique Passive - Mage : Your base attack damage is dealt as magic damage instead, but reduced by 15 (**---**0,04% AP).

  • Looks like fiendish codex, but old and broken.

G.A.I.T / Gate (Guardian Angel in Training) (400 Gold)
-5 Armor
-5 Magic resistance
Passive : The defesive stats are increased by 1% per 1% Health you are missing.
Unique Passive : When you reach below 25% Health you gain a shield in hight of 20 per nearby enemy champion. (90 second cooldown)

  • Don't know how it should look :D
  • 10 Armor and Magic Resistance at 10% Health left.

Lucky Charm (440 Gold)
-60 Health
Unique Passive : If a champion basic attack or non-DoT spell deals damage that exceeds 50% of your current health, the amount of the damage received is reduced by 15%. (30 second cooldown.)

  • Would look like a red Chinese charm with a bell.

Unrelated question, sorry, but what was the coding you got to increase the font size?

Love the items btw, never thought about a purchasing effect like bag.....that's an interesting mechanic.....

I like the idea on a lot of these items and some of them would go really well with the game but there are some items that would (probably)give negative influences or weird influences in the early stage/laning phase.

These items with negative effects would include-

Well of the Wolf- This item's passive is nice but as a 440 gold item it is actually stronger than the Doran's Blade on terms of dueling and and trading damage. The item cost should be around 550~700 gold. Or as its named, it can be turned into a jungler item with a more fitting approach.

Voodoo Doll-"Regardless of where he is on the map", Yeah this means anyone on the enemy team can have grievous wound and die to an ignite. This item really needs to be a targeted active or a passive.

**Lucky Charm-**This item is pretty strong for trading damage in all lanes. This item asks for someone to do 15% less damage for not doing a lot of damage for over 50% of your current health. This item is basically a doran's shield with a strong defensive buff until its around or less then 50% of you health left which is then the enemy will finally have a fighting chance.(Almost the reason why Doran's Shield got nerfed in Season 3)

Rusty Crown- The movement speed buff is unnecessary( Riot already talked about why movement speed passives can be terrible for early laning phases)

These items with weird/strange effects would include-

G.A.I.T- If this is what it is, its going to have to build up to the guardian angel somehow. Which means either Guardian Angel's price goes up or the item's that build to it are going to need to change.

Well of the Scapegoat- Don't we have an item like this already?(Btw the passive just says damage from battle, which it means fighting minions and monsters also give your health back making it just a little stong)

Overall they are really good items they should be overlooked a bit. You must understand that these items are nice but have a small~big negative impacts on the laning game. If you disagree with what I wrote then you should take time to think about the key factors of the laning phase and what flows around in it.
