The Korean scene and a lack of Jinx

Just got done watching the recent tourny in Korea. In contrast to the NA and a few of the EU teams, the Korean teams didn't ban or pick Jinx. She was fairly ignored. One of the commentators (set 1 of KT Bullets v. CJ Blaze I think) had suggested that Jinx is ignored due to the Korean play style tending to favor 'safer' champions and so Caitlyn or Lucian would get picked over Jinx. This goes against the NA way of the high pick/ban rate for Jinx. Does anyone know what the Korean meta might be compensating for such as the new tank-top that has come around? Maybe the big NA players like Wildturtle just don't worry about not having an escape.

If you remember from Worlds, Korean teams favor a hard-hitting early gank style with the likes of aatrox/vi, etc, and really go for very early 3-4 man ganks bot. Jinx has a hard time escaping those kind of situations early on, and giving up that first kill or two can really sway the game in the other team's favor from early on.

There are undoubtedly more factors, but that's the one that comes to mind right away for me.

Well jinx isnt good so the koreans dont play her. and jinx has no dash or escape move.
