A Rookies Dream

Hello fellow Summoners! I am PsychoticTai a fellow league player of 4 years. I was playing league and watching my favorite league streamers as i do almost every weekend :3 An idea popped into my head! With how big Riot and Pro Streamers/Live Events have become i think this idea would be quite interesting. So i think it would be a neat idea for Riot to set up a tournament for Rookies that are couched by fellow Pros. So lets say you get 5 groups of 5 bronze-gold players and give them all 3-5 weeks with pros from different teams. Then after the time frame its kind of a semi pro live even tournament too see how much they could improve and show off... or maybe have it as a pre-pro live event so maybe a rookies match before the events like spring split. This brings a unique way to open the doors for more talent and to perhaps draft more player to the teams! :) Anyways that's my ramble tell me what you all think! :) Have fun on the rift Summoners!
