Looking for graphic designers and Website Developers

Hello everyone, as the title says, I am currently looking for one or two graphic designers and a website developer. I am hoping to create a league of legends website that hosts tournaments, but I only know minimal amounts of Javascript and CSS so I am looking for others that would create the website and graphics for me.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer any money for the work at the moment, but as the website grows, we will eventually start making money, and then I will be able to offer a salary for these positions.

I am trying not to be mean, for all the work that is probably going to need to be done . . . . you should at least offer a skin or rp . . . . or something. A lot of people don't understand how much work goes into website design and development . . . . and creating graphics. It takes a lot of effort and creativity to do something for nothing. You should at least offer something small to entice them. You might have a better shot at finding someone that will do all the work for little things until the site gets up and running . . . heck there are probably new website designers and developers who will do it just to have it in their portfolio.

I am just trying to be real with you. No one is going to do that scope of work for you if you don't offer them at least something small. I have a degree in web design and development . . . . and people don't understand how much we get shafted. I have a lot of horror stories about how people would expect free work with the obligation to pay them later on . . . and then the client steals all of the graphics, code and everything else . . . . and do whatever they want with it. It's not about the money really . . . . it's about feeling like their time is being wasted and they get nothing out of it. If you offer something small like . . . 20 or 30 bucks in an RP card . . . . with the obligation to pay them something later on when the site gets going, you will find people that would do it for you in a heartbeat.
