Ummmm frist time typing in here but look this is what happen i opened a chest and i got shard pax twisted fate And when i clicked on it it disappeared i tried restarted my game but it just disappeared

This sounds like something that belongs in report-a-bug. You lost a chest and key without keeping the reward.

Right but you lost a chest without getting a reward for opening it. That's simply not fair to you.

PAX Twisted Fate, along with all other PAX skins, were convention exclusives, and never ever set to become available otherwise. This was a bug, and you need to report it - but don't expect or hope to get the skin shard.

They will probably replace the chest and key, but they will not give you that shard.

You can not obtain PAX Twisted Fate in hextech loot. It was most likely a bug, so you should try to contact the support and ask what's wrong if you didn't get something out of your hextech chest.
