Have the dates for Rift Rivals been announced?

I've been looking around for when Rift Rivals is going to be since it was announced. I understand that its not going to be until summer split, but I'm just trying to get an idea. I was hoping to be able to go to it, but need to be able to plan in advance. If anyone has seen or heard anything I'd love to know about it.
