The word "Esports" is misleading and frankly, I'm disappointed it caught on. "Competitive Gaming" would be more accurate and cause less arguments like this one.

I think its misleading to call it a sport, and a little silly to treat it as such. but they will take any edge they can get to gain more mainstream acceptance and commercial appeal.
I also found it much more enjoyable to watch before the excessive commentary and replays.

I enjoy watching the lcs from time time, but its no more a sport than poker is a sport. Putting sports in the name doesn't make it true. Should just be called e-gaming or e-nerding.
While I agree, I'll also say that sports players get paid way too much; seriously how are they more important than people that save lives, like firefighters.
