@Riot, How will fantasy work next split?

Wanted to know how fantasy will work with half the players playing Bo2 or Bo3.

Also will the points system be changed to penalize deaths more? Clown fiesta bad games netted way more points than super tight, well played games by IMT, which felt really wrong. (#saltagainstUOL)
