Get out of low elo

So i have just started my journey on ranked games on league of legends. This journey so far has been shit. I don't understand how am i supposed to get out of low elo in my case bronze when my team is complete garbage. I will admit that I am not perfect but I still play better than everyone on my team. Any game that I win i have to hard carry. Then for the games that I don't hard carry but still do really good in, we loose because my team is horrible. I have thought I'd do good with lee sin because i do good in pubs with him and didn't do good but then I never played him again. All I'm saying is that how can i get out of low elo.
