High School Competitive League

Hey summoners Oofus here and a I am a highscooler that plays league and would love to play it competitively. I have everything figured out but one thing. How to broadcast like the pros do, without a delay. I would like to be able to do such so that people that come to see the game can see it live. I know what you're thinking "But Oofus then you guys can cheat and watch the screen like somebody (Azubu Frost) did in the past. To which I respond no no young one the screen playing the game wouldn't be visible to the players only to the viewers. You would compete against schools in your area like the east highschool team/club in my state of Iowa so that you can become the best lol team in your district. I would also like to know if you could make all champs available to the teams not so we can have free champs but so we can trade champs like all the pro teams do. Then after each game you could take away the champs that person doesn't own. Thank you for the view and have fun on the rift.
