Why the fuck is she still not fired? This girl has no clue what she's talking about and she makes so many mistakes, it's just annoying. Seriously, why the fuck is she still there?

If you are interviewing someone on camera, it doesn't matter if you have knowledge or not. I don't know if she's good or not, but you just need looks and voice for it. Trust me, it's like that everywhere you look.

I can't think of anyone they've hired recently (last couple years) who killed it in these interviews right away, or even relatively quickly after starting. Ovilee talks about it sometimes, trying to figure out good questions to ask. It's a learning process.
Could they have hired someone better? Maybe. But they hired her, and it's too soon to drop her unless she almost literally vomits on herself during these interviews.
