Lebanese official team to join the big tournaments

Hello im ibrahim al badawi from Beirut Lebanon ! due to the less amount of players for this game in my country i have assembled a team made of plats because we don't have diamonds here how can we get the opportunity to qualify to lcs or worlds? we need help because in lebanon no one supports games especially parents , and if we got the opportunity to qualify a huge difference will happen and gamers will be known in lebanon so please if anyone can help please do ! thank you !
