Those who didn't vote for all regions don't get Icon?

I'm not confirming this, I'm just curious, as that's what I have seen. I just didn't see it fair to vote for players that I don't watch play? Any information would be great, thanks![slayer-jinx-catface]

The icon is just slow at being handed out.

I didn't vote for all of the regions and got it. I only voted for 4.

Hey xVirox, you'll definitely be getting the icon for voting at all (even if it's just for one player). Icons are granted out at the end of each work day, so you should be getting yours now, or have already gotten it. Give it a check tomorrow, and if you don't have it, let me know and I can follow up!
