2015 Worlds SKT skins?
So its been quite a few months since the 2015 worlds, around when do they release the new SKT skins?

About mid year I believe (think may-June). That's around the time the SSW skins were released
With the World's Winners they usually dont release them till the following year event. So dont expect it any time soon.
