High pitched beeping in one of the Packs & Bans songs used in the NALCS streams

I've been hearing some high pitched beeping in one of the songs used for the picks & bans phase for some of the NALCS games. It seems like it beeps on the first, second, and third beat of every measure, and sometimes goes about seven times in a row. I ran a bit of the song through a spectrogram which showed some pretty strong sounds in the 10.5khz frequency range and the 16khz frequency range.

I linked a game in the 100T vs CG series where they used this song.

It's pretty likely that you won't be able to hear it on laptop speakers or light headphones/earbuds.

I'm wondering what you all think about it, or if you can hear it.
