Online tournaments ?

Hello !

I'm searching for websites which propose some online amateur tournaments, i'm a euw player but i want to play on NA because i've a better ping there, i like competition and in EUW we have a lot of online tournaments 1v1 2v2 5v5, and i don't find any in NA.. Is that normal? If there are some, can you please give me some websites? thx a lot !
