Is there a way to get your acount back after get permantly banned

Unfortunately I don't think so. I feel like after a player has shown reform they should be given the benefit of the doubt but I've yet to see it happen to date so don't get your hopes up. People do change but Riot's stance as far as I know is permanent means permanent.

Pretty sure no. It would have to be some crazy kind of circumstances and probably a high burden of proof of innocence for a ban to be lifted. Buddy of mine tried asking for his ban to be lifted after half a year gone by he realized he had crazy mood swings, went to a doctor and is on mood stabilizers. He got a response congratulating him on improving himself but saying he'd had several warnings before the ban, so no.
