Can we nerf tank ekko yet?

IT's been nerfed. repeatedly it's still getting nerfed.

Ekko keeps changing his itemization in order to continue building tank.

Ekko's kit needs to be addressed (mostly his passive) or his base damages have to be nerfed further so that he gravitates towards AP.

I am very tired of playing a new incarnation of tank ekko every few months.

This has got to be top 3 most obnoxious champions ever. Maybe someday riot will learn to balance and finally nerf this champion hard like he deserves.

His whole kit is the problem. He needs a rework

Tank Ekko has been nerfed... Multiple times, the problem is, because Ekko is an assassin he has high base damage and good scalings. The problem is, every time they nerf Tank Ekko, people just change their builds so that they can get around the nerfs. Any character that has high base damage and decent scaling can be made into a tank and do fairly well.
