NA LCS Summer Split Finals Viewing Parties

I tried to see if there were any sources online about viewing parties for NA LCS Summer Finals, but could not find anything. Does anyone know of any or have they not been determined yet? I am trying to find something in the Seattle area. If there isn't anything, and enough people are interested we could create one? I have never been to a viewing party or know what is needed to be recognized as one. Any thoughts or insight would be awesome.
