2014 Season - NA/EU LCS Team Summoner Icons for Summer Split?

Hello!

I couldn't find any information either way as to whether or not Riot plans on re-releasing the LCS team Summoner Icons for the summer split.

We got the spring split icons here: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/celebrate-2014-season-lcs-summoner-icons but they have been discontinued with the conclusion of the spring split... not to mention there are new teams to support!

I'm a little confused as to why they would discontinue all of them if it's still the 2014 season. Anybody have information on this?
