What if 2 teams have equal amount of championship points for the 2nd seed to represent NA?

Summer points are weighted more and would count more in a tie-breaker scenario.
I'd have to check, but I'm pretty sure it goes to the one that finished higher in summer, then to the team with the better regular season winning % in both splits, to an actual tie-breaker game should that be even as well.
Team that got more points in summer wins the tiebreaker.
Yeah no matter what happens C9 will have to play in regionals. :( Luckily if they get third, they will only have to win 1 best of 5.
