Denied at scouting grounds for 1 word

So, thing is pants are Dragon is a Streamer/Youtuber who was rank 1 jungler (not involved in a lcs team) as scouting grounds was held. He fulfilled all the conditions but still got denied becuse of 1 word he said a few months ago, yes 1 word , a few months ago. He didnt say what word he used in the video where he talks about it, but you are probably thinking the same as i do ( i dont want to lay word in his mouth though ) . Even so, yes its a bad word and you shoudnt say such things, but lock at C9 Jensen, he was a toxic player and DDOSed other players, and yet he stilll got back into the lcs, yes he did reform and isnt toxic anymore, but i honestly think riot should overthink this. I mean it was monts ago, i have been watching him for a few months now and i honestly dont think he deserved that treatment. He is neither toxic or racist as of now, at least for what i have seen, yes he does get mad once in a while but thats normal, and even then he is mostly composed.

I can understand why rito would not want to let someone join this thing because of toxicity (as rito is all about marketing their best players, and don't want to have a Johnny Manziel Cleveland Browns scenario on their hands). That being said, zero tolerance is kinda a bit iffy when they themselves have allowed multiple strikes on a bunch of things in the past (whether it be jensen/meteos' bans, the whole issue of DL being "lent" to TL to save their lcs spot, the G2/Fnatic scenario).
