Will LCS/Worlds ever come to Canada?

I haven't been watching the comp seen for that long(only a few months) but I was wondering will LCS or Worlds ever come to Canada?

Canadians are already part of the NALCS so we wont get our own league. as far as worlds go, If it was held in the states one of the days might be in Canada, but as far as the entire tournament taking place, Canada doesn't have a large enough presence in LOL to really warrant it.
