Suggestion: Bring back in-game emotes of pro teams for playoffs and MSI!

I want to make a suggestion to bring back in-game emotes of professional teams for playoffs and MSI, like how it was done for Worlds 2015. A lot of us want to show our support for these teams, especially with playoffs and MSI around the corner.

I personally am rooting for C9, let's make it possible to show off our emotes in-game again!
