Haven't recieved my 1000RP for coming in 2nd place at a local tournament

Well, I tried to submit a ticket for this issue, but the support ticket function wasn't working properly on my end. It just lead me to a blank screen and wouldn't pop up at all to give me a chance too submit the ticket.

But to the point, I played in a tournament about a month ago at a Microsoft store nearby me and came in second place with my team and was promised 1000RP for getting that far. They took my email address, and said give it up to 2 or 3 weeks to receive the RP because they had to send the info to riot n what not. So I asked the people who hosted the event where my RP was, and they said to talk to you guys if we haven't received it yet. So here I am. The said I would just have to tell them the event and where it took place.
