New idea for the 2017-2018 pro play season

To make it simple, after watching this 2016 season NA summer finals, i've come to the conclusion that the pick and band phase could be much more interesting for the viewers if instead of banning champions, and thus forcing teams to pick all the next best champions, each teams could use any champions once (and only once) in their best of 5 against their opponents.

So instead of seeing the same champions games after games, we could see much more different champions and team comps selections. That being said, the pick phase would still be interesting since it would most probably be a matter of when to pick the OP champs, knowing that it would give the opponents an OP pick for the next game.

By forcing pro players to pick different champions and by letting all the best one open, the meta should switch to more innovation to counter Op champs, instead of simply ban them, thus making it much more enjoyable for us viewers.
