World League

I am a LoL fan. There is lack of international matches currently, and no match in all regions in September. So, I suggest that an international match “World League” would be organized by Riot in September in order to promote the exchange among medium-level teams in each regions. The exchange can enhance the competition of these teams with its region, then the levels of all regions will be closer. The format of "World League" is as the same as world Championship. 16 teams, qualifications: the 4th-6th of LCS/LCK/LPL ; the 3rd-4th of LMS. These teams will be qualified from regional finals. LCS/LCK/LPL: the loser of game3 as 4th; the loser of game2 as 5th; the loser of game1 as 6th. LMS: the loser of game3 as 3rd; the loser of game2 as 4th; Bracket: http://lol.gamepedia.com/2016_Regional_Qualifiers/NA_LCS Wildcard: the 3rd-4th of the International Wildcard Qualifiers. The "World League" will last less than 3 weeks, match day unchanged and rest day reduced. For example: Day1-Day8, Group Stage; Day9, Rest Day; Day10-Day13, Quarterfinals; Day14, Rest Day; Day15-Day16, Semifinals; Day17, Rest Day; Day18, Finals; "World League" could be able to end at the end of September, so there is no conflict between "World League" and world Championship. At last, I am looking forward to conduct the "World League"!
