PVRing Leauge of Legends final for a 3 hours delay ?

So I know the broadcast starts at 4 am PST but I'm having some friends over at 7:00 am ( 3 hour delay ) , does anyone know of a PVRing program that will allow me to Pause the Twitch broadcast at 4 Am , go back to bed , Wake up at 7 and then begin the broadcast and then have it buffered for 3 hours ? .
