In-game Store Esports Content MIA

What's up with there not being any of the usual esports content available in the in-game store this season? No pro team icons, no team wards, no LCS/LEC pass to buy. Nothing. I started playing in season 4 and we've had the purchasable team icons in the store every year... except for this one. Rito?
