League of Legends Amateur Series Recruiting Teams!

Currently Myself and many other different people are starting up the next step in amateur scene competitive League of Legends. The LAS or the League of Legends Amateur Series will be a LCS replica for the amateur scene. What does this mean? This means we will have a 9 week spring/summer and fall/winter splits. Each team will play twice a week either Friday and Saturday's or Saturday and Sunday's. This will be a very serious, formal, and streamed event. We will have a dedicated website to this project where fans, players, and any teams can check out the players statistics and information. There is a small entry fee, however we are not currently set on the amount (Looking towards maybe $100), and there will be many sponsors including Super Nova's sponsors to add extra money to the prize pool. This is the break down, we are looking for 9 other (10th being a Super Nova team) DEDICATED rosters with DEDICATED staff. The Players should be around Platinum-Challenger in season 5 on their solo queue accounts. We don't want people surrendering games because they cant make the times or roster changes, YOU need to be able to work with your roster too make sure you don't do these things. The team that finishes after the 9 week split in the 10th position will be relegated and are officially OUT of the LAS until the next split qualifiers where they can choose to compete in the tournament to re-qualify for the LAS, the 9th and 8th teams will compete against the 1st and 2nd team of the LAS qualifiers tournament. the 7th place team stays in the LAS, the 6th-1st place teams will compete in the playoffs, after the quarter finals where the 3rd place team faces the 6th place team and the 4th place team faces the 5th place team it goes to the semifinals. This is now where things get interesting. The 4 teams left in the playoffs will compete LIVE in New York ON STAGE with their hotel rooms payed for. This will be an awesome way for these players to get the feel that they ARE a professional gamer and they one day CAN make the LCS. This will be a great showing for the young amateur scene talent out there and will be a very good bonding experience for your teams.

How do you join the LAS?

This first season all teams have to do is register! We have invited some teams already so spots are filling up! Keep reading to find out where you can register your organization.

Standing's Rewards: 1st- First seed to playoffs and moves on to the semi finals automatically. (New York) 2nd- Second seed to playoffs and moves on to the semi finals automatically. (New York) 3rd- Third seed to playoffs. 4th- Fourth seed to playoffs. 5th- Fifth seed to playoffs. 6th- Sixth seed to playoffs. 7th- Stays in the LAS. 8th- Compete's in the relegation match. 9th- Compete's in the relegation match. 10th- Out of the LAS.

What we expect you NOT to do.

-We will not tolerate any "bm". -No bullying, racism, etc.

What is our ultimate goal?

Our ultimate goal is to get noticed by Riot games. We want the LAS to be the step before the NACS, for example, if you win the LAS you move on to compete in the NACS or the NACS qualifier tournament. We understand that this will be very hard but with time, dedication, and hard work we can achieve anything.

Remember! This is meant to be a fun way to get your organization noticed in the rapidly growing amateur LoL scene. So treat it that way, and maybe you can win some money on the side as well!
