I'm catching up on my NA LCS and Phreak keeps mentioning something about Jatt leaving or walking out or something like that and Im just wondering if he quit or what?

If you're talking about this last weekend, Jatt & Phreak were casting the first game together & Phreak jokingly kicked Jatt out after he made an incorrect prediction so it was a joke they ran with the whole weekend.
