TSM not in LCS 2020 (for the moment?)

First of all, hi from the other Side ;) and sorry for my bad english...

but can someone tell me, why TSM is not in the LCS 2020 for now? i dont see every news for LCS or LEC and my google search didnt bring me the infos.

if you can send a link or tell me shortly what happend. this would help :) thanks ;)
