/All Chat Video Series

Personally, I think the all chat video series, while quirky, are quite entertaining to watch. What I don't understand, is how draconian the League community seems to be when it comes to flaming teammates, profanity, etc - yet the all chat videos in a way seem to promote such behavior. In particular, the episode "Are all Fizz mains jerks" in which one of the hosts refers to Shaco players as "dicks". Not only this, but there is an endless slew of profanity. If I call the enemy Fizz or Shaco a dick, or use any profanity for that matter, I can expect to get a nice 5-25 game chat restriction. What's the deal? Why is Riot promoting a video series that so blatantly goes against the "summoners code"?
