LCS Solving the Boring LaneSwaps (Idea)

TL DR; My solution is: from the start of the game, if, more than 2 champions attack the same turret within 1 sec, it becomes immune to champion damage. Now the question is: until when? Until the 1st turret of the game is destroyed (top/mid/bot), after that, current/normal rules apply.

Intro: LCS now a days is boring, first 10 minutes are a pain to watch, the lane swap strat makes that we are kinda watching a game that we dont play. If we watch a replay of a match what we do? we skip it 10 mins and check if any kill have happened, more often than not, the only thing that died was a couple of minions and the top+bot turret.

How to solve this? All the solutions that i have read are about damage reduction util a specific set time, this in it self is kinda random and hard to get right because every game should be different and have its own pacing.

Solution: My solution is if from the start of the game, if, more than 2 champions attack the same turret within 1 sec, it becomes immune to champion damage. Now the question is until when? Until the 1st turret of the game is destroyed, after that, current rules/normal apply.

This way we force 1v1 lanes, 2v1 lanes, match lane swap, etc etc... there's more strategic diversity that the boring go to "perfected" safe strat lane swap.

Hope to have some feedback.

Cheers, Nerzhus .

1: https://blogoflegends.com/2016/03/14/montecristo-rants/ Monte said this back in March. It explains why lane swaps can be good for the game, even if they seem boring to those with low attention spans.

2: If, by some crazy chance, your idea was implemented, it would have to last 3 minutes into the game at the maximum. Remember, you are doing this for the pros, and they like rotating for objectives and kills. Your idea would completely and utterly murder the chance of anything happening in the early game, basically only being able to do complex strategy once top lane gets a tower.

wouldn't work, they would use the minion wave(s) and your have an even slower start to the game.

in my view, have it, after say being pummelled by 10s from a single source (so champion damage) the turret starts to target champions instead of minions, that way atleast the tactic is still viable but they have to juggle turret aggro which in turn leaves them open to a level 2/3 gank from the jungle/double jungle play.

so it densit flat out stop or prohibit anything just adds another dimension to it.

Lane swaps aren't just about taking down a tower. They're also about one team wanting to avoid a certain matchup until a certain level is achieved. The pros will figure out how to do them anyway. And what's worse is it may be a longer time of boredom as it will take longer to get those towers down and to the levels they want.
