KDA in LOL?

How does KDA work in lol, for example in pro play; rekkles had a KDA of 23.0 at some point (this could've been over multiple games idk) how does this work or how is this calculated? its not like he had 23 kill and zero deaths lmao.

(kills+assissts)/deaths

KDA is (kills+assists)/deaths. If you have 0 deaths, you have a "perfect" KDA, even if it's just 0/0/1. Context is important, though; despite what KDA says, it's always better to be 15/1/8 rather than 0/0/1.
