Fantasy LCS Scoring Issues

I asked this already but can it be possible for a player that earns 10+ kills and 10+ assists in the same game to get the bonus twice? If all a player needs is 10+ kills or assists then if they do both in the same game they should get the bonus twice. The only player I know of who did this is Froggen for retroactive points but it should be the norm going forward.

Secondly, Shiphtur got a triple kill around baron pit then earned the penta at the end of the game. I'm glad the multi kills don't stack (that'd be crazy) but if they occur as completely separate instances then the player should earn the points for each separate multi-kill. As of now, Shiphtur has not received his points for the triple kill around baron. And no, he's not on my team but I think that it should be fair.
