Dragon Selection in Pro Play

In s3e7 of the Dive Kobe brought up the idea of letting pro teams pick the first dragon and Phreak quickly shot it down because he doesn't want to add another phase to pick bans. I agree that it shouldn't be added to pick ban but I think it should be added to side selection. Most team sports start with a coin flip where the winner can choose who starts with the ball or which way they attack and the loser decides the other. Right now in the LCS one team gets side selection and the other team gets nothing. I've justified it before as "home field advantage" because there is no natural out of game advantage but IMO it makes more sense to let them choose between side selection and first dragon selection and the other team selects the other.

PS Just in case someone brings it up, I am not advocating for a coin flip but I'm also not against it. Personally I think giving the "home" or higher seeded team first selection makes more sense as it guarantees first selection is split evenly with a slight advantage to the team who earned it come playoffs.

Pls don't make it even more snowbally by ensuring the early game comp team gets a free infernal at min 7

All teams picking would do is ensure the first dragon is always infernal.
